IUR Cooperation

Boyoun always adheres to the combination of independent innovation & production with learning & research in the form of entrusted development, cooperative development, sales commission and other flexible forms to improve the technical capacity. In recent years, Boyoun has established close cooperative relations with plenty of advanced universities and research centers, such as: Jinan University, Hebei University of Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, Harbin University of Technology, Shijiazhuang Railway University, and Univerity-Tsinghua University. The network for Indusity-University-Research Collaborations (IUR) of Boyoun is under construction now, some collaborating organzaitons are shown as follows:

1. Boyoun as the student practice base for Jinan university. Boyoun and Jinan University have become cooperative research and development units, and jointly prepared The Technical Specification Standard of Cantilever Form Traveler for Bridge Construction, which has become the industry standard.

2. Boyoun as the cooperative R&D unit for Shandong Jianzhu University, two parties jointly established "Shandong Jianda Boyuan bridge construction structure design center" and the Subordinate Design Institute (Shandong Jianda Architectural Design Co., Ltd.).

3. Boyoun as the cooperative R&D unit for Harbin Institute of Technology, two parties jointly developed and completed the bridge construction structure calculation software, which made great effort for the rapid development for bridge design data informatization.

4. Boyoun closely cooperated with Tongji University to complete a number of bridge structure design and linear monitoring construction.

5. Boyoun and Hebei Engineering University have established the employment practice base for college students and the integrated cooperation of IUR.

6. Boyoun has established an integrated cooperation of production, learning and research with Shijiazhuang Railway University to jointly develop new technologies, new processes and new products.

7. Boyoun also cooperated intimately with the world class Univerity-Tsinghua University for the technical cooperation on the mechanical engineering for the R&D work on the advanced processing technology.

With the coordination and integration of the social divisions in scientific research, education and production in terms of functions and resource advantages on the basis of technological research and development, Boyoun makes good use of resourse to promote technology innovation and effectively combine them into productions, and establish a new enterprise development model. In order to promote the overall development of China's road and bridge equipment industry, Boyuan has also participated in the formulation of industry standard, such as technical code for cantilever casting of bridges (CJJ / t281-2018) and the local standard-technical code for safety of directly inserted formwork support in construction (dbj14-2014), and more than 10 domestic leading products have won awards and over 40 patents have been approved. Some awards are as follows: private science and technology enterprises, Shandong provincial high-tech enterprise certification, Shandong Provincial Science and technology progress award, Shandong famous brand, and Shandong Provincial recognized enterprise technology center.

Besides, Boyoun has put emphasis on the standardization work with the above-mentioned partners in compiling standards, writing book, and jointly pubulished numerous technical topics and papers, also actively participated in the formulation of national and provincial industrial standards. Six published papers have been published on the famous academic journal in this field, part of them are awarded the prizes of Binzhou Science and Technology Bureau:

1. Design and Application of 3-1 Type Rhombic Cantilever Form Traveler. Published on the Journal of Architectural Knowledge.

2. Light-duty Cantilever Form Traveler with Automation Design Improvements. Published on the Engineering Construction Standardization.

3. Cantilever Form Traveler Construction Modeling Based on the Mechanics Analysis. Published on the Studies of Urban Construction Theory. 

4. The Design for Automatic Light-duty Cantilever Form Traveler. Published on the Engineering.

5. Segmental Mould for Precast Beam Construction Based on Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench. Published on China Standardization. 

6. Segmental Box Girder Mould for Long-line Precast Construction. Published on Infrastructure Construction.
