Introduction

The asynchronous form traveler is specifically designed for corrugated steel web bridge segmental casting.

The asynchronous form traveler structure consists of six key components: main trussing system, walking and retreating system, suspension system, guide beam system, protective system, and formwork system.

The Boyoun asynchronous form traveler features hydraulic cylinder thrusting for walking and retreating, enabling quick positioning, adjusting the lower side form through a screw thread to achieve erecting and demolding of the lower side form, and has advantages such as simplicity in structure, stability in quality, and optimization in design.

Working Principle

The corrugated steel web is used as the form traveler, the joist is connected to the upper beam to pour the bottom form, and the guide beam is connected to the rear upper beam and the top surface of poured concrete to pour the top form, so that the bottom plate and the top plate are poured separately.
