On the occasion of the company's 20th anniversary, and to further enhance team cohesion and inspire employees' high morale, the company recently organized a team-building event at a scenic campsite in the southern mountainous area of Jinan. The activity, themed "Walking Together, Uniting Strengths, Team Symbiosis, Forging Ahead," perfectly combined the challenges of outdoor training with the warmth of a camp party, fully showcasing the team's collaborative spirit and vibrant new energy.

Team Spirit

As the event began, under the guidance of professional coaches, everyone was randomly divided into four teams. Team members quickly got into the rhythm, brainstorming and meticulously designing their own team names, flags, slogans, and formations.  

During the presentation, team flags fluttered in the wind, and slogans echoed loudly. Whether it was the meaningful team names, the creatively designed emblems, or the powerful shouts, each team vividly displayed their unique wisdom and youthful energy, instantly igniting the atmosphere.

Training to Hone the Team

Blind folded Battle:

This fun and challenging activity required team members to wear blindfolds and rely on their hearing and teammates' cues to determine directions. Amid laughter and cheers, "attacks" and "dodges" not only tested individual reflexes but also deepened mutual trust and reliance.

Land Dragon Boat:

While seemingly simple, moving the "dragon boat" forward required highly synchronized steps. The chants of "one, two, one" filled the air as team members focused their minds and efforts, steering the "dragon boat" toward the finish line. Sweat and smiles intertwined, vividly illustrating the team's truth: "Unity in step leads to victory."

Tug of War:

This was a contest of strength and will. On either end of the rope, it was not just a test of power but also a比拼 of team morale. Amid shouts of encouragement, everyone came together as one, giving their all for the common goal and showcasing an unwavering spirit of perseverance.

Message Relay:

Accurate and efficient information transmission is key to team success. Without using words, team members had to pass information from the back to the front of the line through various methods. This process was both rigorous and fun, allowing everyone to deeply appreciate the importance of effective communication, understanding rules, and execution in teamwork.

Power Circle:

This was the most thrilling chapter of the day. A single rope connected us all, forming a circle of unity that gathered the strength of everyone. At the start, 30 attempts seemed like a challenge, but we quickly surpassed it.  

Arms ached, sweat soaked through, but no one gave up. With each count and every collective effort, we encouraged and supported one another, ultimately achieving the astounding feat of over 400 rotations! In this moment, we transcended physical limits and witnessed the power of belief. It vividly demonstrated: where the heart leads, strength follows, and the potential of a team is limitless!

Camp Party 

After the intense and stimulating training, the campsite provided a cozy haven for relaxation and interaction. Everyone set aside their work, showcasing their voices at the KTV, reliving childhood joys in the game room, or exchange skills on the billiards table. Some gathered in small groups for heartfelt conversations. In this relaxed and joyful atmosphere, camaraderie among colleagues deepened, and the team's cohesion and sense of belonging grew stronger.

This team-building event was not just a physical workout and mental relaxation but also a profound integration and display of team culture. From the collaborative efforts in outdoor training to the warm interactions at the camp party, we witnessed a team full of vitality, trust, collaboration, and innovation.  

Two decades of journey, we have walked side by side; the path ahead, we move forward with shared purpose. We believe all colleagues will carry the passion, morale, and team spirit demonstrated in this event into their future work. With a more vibrant attitude and steadfast steps, we will together write the next glorious chapter for the company in the next twenty years!
