Pulai River Bridge Project in Johor, Malaysia

The Pulai River Bridge in Johor is an important bridge connecting Tanjung Bin to Tanjung Pelepas in Malaysia. It is the largest single road bridge project in Johor, Malaysia. 

The width of the main bridge deck of the bridge is 22.16m, and the length of the mid-span closed section is 3m. The cantilever form traveler method is used for construction. After the project is completed, it will greatly shorten the time for material and cargo transportation between Tanjung Bin and Tanjung Pelepas, which is conducive to promoting Pontian Malaysia. , Kukup and surrounding area development will play an important role. 

In this project, Boyoun provided several sets of form travelers. In order to ensure the construction progress of the project, Boyoun has carried out a number of product upgrades:

1. The design of four guide beams on the top plate of the inner mold increases the structural stability.

2. The gantry and the diamond frame are added with diagonal bracing connecting rods to ensure the stability of the structure.

3. The front end of the form traveler is designed with a two-layer tensioning platform, which is convenient for construction personnel to operate.

4. Use the deck to cooperate with the cylinder top for walk, which is safe, convenient and fast.

5. The inner mold sliding beam increases the pulley, which saves time and effort when moving the mold.

6. Each node of the main component adopts pins or connections, which is safe and convenient to assemble and has strong versatility.

7. Adjustable feet are added to the front fulcrum for more stable support.
