Description

The Chengdu-Meishan Suburban Railway is an inter-administrative regional rail transit line running southward from Chengdu to Meishan. It serves as a vital transportation infrastructure connecting the Chengdu regional rail network.

The civil engineering Work Zone 2 of the Chengdu section is constructed by Sinohydro Bureau 7 Co., Ltd. For the cantilever casting construction of six continuous beams with main spans of 88 meters, 80 meters, and 70 meters in this project, Boyoun provided multiple sets of cantilecer form travelers. With its superior product quality and professional service support, Boyoun has become a strong underpinning for the smooth progress of the project.

As the core equipment for cantilever construction, the structural safety of form travelers is directly related to the success or failure of the entire project. Boyoun's form travelers feature a concise structure with clear force transmission. The main structure adopts a standardized modular design, which not only facilitates convenient installation and disassembly but also ensures the reliability and safety of connections. This design improves the efficiency of assembly and disassembly while reducing the uncertainties of on-site adaptation.

Raw material quality is the foundation of traveler safety, and welding quality is crucial to the structural integrity of the equipment. Boyoun strictly controls the quality of raw materials such as steel used in the travelers and attaches great importance to the welding seam quality of the travelers, ensuring that all welded parts meet the strength standards specified in the design. Meanwhile, authoritative third-party institutions conduct inspections and issue test reports. Boyoun’s product acceptance documents for entry are fully prepared, and the travelers passed the incoming inspection in one go, saving the project a great deal of time and effort.

During the project implementation phase, Boyoun provided professional and continuous on-site services, assigning dedicated personnel to track project progress, conducting pre-job training for operators in advance, and offering on-site guidance during key construction stages. To respond to potential emergency needs of the project, Boyoun stocked up on sufficient products and spare parts in advance to ensure timely supply when required. In the meantime, Boyoun’s service team maintained close communication with the project department, promptly resolving technical problems encountered during the use of travelers, and making every effort to shorten the project construction period.

The Chengdu-Meishan Suburban Railway project is an important transportation infrastructure connecting the Chengdu regional rail network and serves as the main channel for the urban integration of Meishan and Chengdu. Upon completion, it will effectively shorten the spatial-temporal distance between Chengdu and Meishan, promote the efficient agglomeration of industries, population, and various production factors between the two cities, and strengthen the leading role of Chengdu as a central city.
